Digital Products (PDF Crochet Patterns)
All products sold on crochethandmade.shop are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically (PDF files and/or digital downloads).
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” after access or download.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
